As part of our dynamic promoter team, you will not only get to know the exciting culture and vibrant nightlife of Mallorca, but also develop valuable skills in event management and communication.

THE FIRST DAYS AS A PROMOTER
Don't worry, you don't need any experience in sales or distribution – but you should have a confident attitude and enjoy meeting new people. What counts for us is your talent for approaching others in an open and charming way.
Starting with us? It's super easy! On your first day, you'll receive top-notch training from our sales professionals. Here you'll learn everything you need: from cool sales techniques to persuasive rhetoric. And don't worry – we won't just throw you in at the deep end!
After your training, you'll go straight into practice: You'll accompany one of our experienced promoters and see how the pros do it. Pick up the best tips and tricks and put them into practice immediately – always with a professional by your side, of course.
And then? You're ready to hit the ground running! By the third or fourth day at the latest, you'll be selling our guest list spots independently and earning your own money. Are you ready for this exciting challenge? Pack your bags and join our team in Mallorca!
The travel expenses
We know it doesn't sound so great at first, but unfortunately, we no longer cover flights, trains, buses, or boats for travel to Mallorca. But hey, there's a good reason for that! In recent years, we've noticed that some people were using this opportunity simply for a free vacation – and that's not the idea behind our project.
We're looking for true team players who are enthusiastic about the work and want an unforgettable experience. If you pay for your own trip, we're not only convinced that you're serious, but also that you're fully committed to making it an amazing season for all of us and our guests.
But don't worry: We won't leave you stranded when it comes to finding affordable travel options, and of course, we'll pick you up from the airport. Together, we'll make this season amazing!
THE ACCOMMODATIONS
Sunlife Events has rented some extra-cool shared apartments in Mallorca for you and your team. Imagine: simple but clean rooms, a shared kitchen, several beds, and even a washing machine. Luxury? Not exactly. But a perfect spot to relax after work and, of course, to party – our promoters often turn these into the most legendary party apartments!
Now you're probably wondering why you should pay rent, right? It's simple: With a small rent of €12-15 per day (that's just the cost of about two invitations to our events), you help us rent and maintain these cool shared apartments. That way, everyone gets their fair share, and we can all enjoy a fantastic summer. And if you'd rather have your own place, no problem – you're welcome to find something yourself. We're flexible!

Sure, Mallorca means partying – and that's exactly your job! But remember, it's work, not a holiday. Over the last 18 years, most of our promoters have had the time of their lives – they've even come back year after year. Only a few didn't get it and thought they could just chill and party.
So, are you ready to rock this summer adventure with us?
Here is the checklist:
You are between 18 and 30 years old.
You are a communication talent, confident and convincing.
You have at least 6 consecutive weeks available between April and September.
You value a well-groomed appearance.
You are motivated to earn money and understand the difference between work and vacation.
And most importantly: You love to party! Because you'll not only be attending our own parties, but also living in one of the biggest party cities in Europe.
